Paradise Beach – Gokarna

#travelwithgdp Fact: Gokarna means cow’s ear. It is believed that Lord Shiva emerged from the ear of a cow (Prithvi, the Mother Earth) here. It is at the ear-shaped confluence of two rivers Gangavali and Aghanashini.

Description: So if you ever visit Gokarna, do this amazing trek and trust me, you will find the most amazing picturesque places.

Part 2: After you hit the shores of Half Moon Beach, there are two ways to get to Paradise Beach. You can either choose the shadier but dense forest trail or the slippery rocky way. We thought the rocky one would be more adventurous so we took that route. It’s pretty tough if you don’t have a good balance because you will be constant over the sea water and rocks are housed by multiple crabs. So beware. About 45 mins trek later, you will find yourself at Paradise Beach and indeed it is a Paradise.
