#travelwithgdp Fact: Kanyakumari is a coastal town in the state of Tamil Nadu on India’s southern tip. Jutting into the Laccadive Sea, the town was known as Cape Comorin during British rule and is popular for watching sunrise and sunset over the ocean.
Description: It has always been a dream to visit Kanyakumari, which is the southernmost tip of the Indian Land. The bus ride from Madurai was pretty quick with a small stop at Nagercoil. And as soon as we boarded off the bus, this is a sight we witnessed and the riot of colors forced me to unpack my DSLR and take this smashing picture.
